No Yoga Experience Necessary. Space is limited-Please pre-register on the classes page. 

This is just a fun class but you will work up a sweat. Sign up today!

Please bring a mat or blanket and your child’s favorite toy.

Please dress in comfortable gym or yoga clothing to move with your child.
